Moving heavy wheeled or railed loads by hand is one of the leading causes of musculoskeletal injury in UK industry – over a third of work-related illness, according to the HSE Labour Force Survey. It’s also one of the slowest, most variable parts of most production operations.

The TP500 replaces that with one operator and one machine. Battery-powered, pedestrian-operated, designed and built in the UK – it moves wheeled loads up to 10 tonnes on castors, or railed loads up to 40 tonnes. The drive system is the same one used in our heavier TP500HD and lighter TP250 units, so spare parts and service know-how carry across the whole heavy range.
